About the Role

As our Inventory Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations. You’ll play a critical role in managing and optimising our inventory processes, ensuring stock accuracy, and supporting seamless inventory flow. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to make an impact, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage all aspects of inventory control, including stock levels, accuracy, and reporting.
• Audit stocktakes and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and procurement teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to maintain and develop an effective purchasing and inventory system;
• Experience in inventory control or supply chain management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software- Netsuite preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
